French Market Coffee Rub


1 pound of Brown Sugar
5 ounces Fresh Ground French Market Coffee Beans
(my favorite is the vienesse blend)
5 ounces of course Kosher Salt
5 ounces of fine grind Black Pepper
2.5 ounces of Garlic Powder


Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl then work with a whisk or hands to remove lumps and mix ingredients thoroughly. Rub liberally on your choice of meat. For ribs spread olive oil on the ribs before applying dry rub.
