Blueberry Cobbler

9 cups All Purpose flour
3 cups sugar
3 tsp baking powder
3 tsp salt
4.25 lbs unsalted room temperature butter
2 cups buttermilk
12 pints fresh berries of your choice
Scoop of Vanilla Ice cream per serving

Fruit filling:
12 pints of berries tossed in 1 lb of powdered sugar.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix together by hand then add buttermilk. Do not over mix, to achieve the lumpy cobbler deliciousness.

Scoop 1/2 cup of berry mix into 8 oz ramekin. Place a 2 oz scoop of cobbler dough on top of berries.
Sprinkle each cobbler with a pinch of granulated sugar.
Bake in the oven @ 325 degrees 20-30 min or until cooked through.
Top each Cobbler with your favorite scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream

Blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, heck any berries!
